Public Relations
All too often, a business will contact us in the midst of crisis and ask for our assistance in managing the public’s perception through the ordeal. They’ve never done much with public relations and now that they’re under fire, they need someone to explain the situation. And we’re good at it. But know this: Companies that communicate only during wartime are only using their public relations dollars for damage control. Damage control is incredibly important but if that’s all you do then you’re missing an excellent opportunity to communicate during peacetime.
Peacetime Public Relations involves showing your potential customers your good side as often as you can. Let people in on what’s going on in your company. Show them how good you are at what you do. Help them understand why your business should be their first choice when they’re ready to purchase whatever it is you’re selling. And we’re good at that, too.
